The first assignment was a transitional period from shooting with my little ol' Canon Rebel, to needing to learn how to shoot Nikon, ASAP! In knee deep snow, camera manual in one hand, and the Nikon in the other I fumbled my way through back button focusing and new setting locations. It wasn't pretty. Additionally, there was a lot of trespassing, none of which got me in serious trouble :) Overall, I had the time of my life!!! These were my first practice sessions with the Nikon, and how do I love it!!! Shout out to C10 for allowing me to practice!
